Good platform, delivery slow

I signed up for the Creator Management Software and it's been pretty solid for our small brand. The Influencer Onboarding Workflows made things a lot smoother than our old system. I liked the Campaign Analytics Dashboard too, gives a good overview. My only real gripe was the initial setup; it took a bit longer to get all the integrations (Shopify, in our case) finalized than I expected. Customer service was helpful, but responses sometimes felt a little delayed.

Annual plan worth it

As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for the best deal for a Referral Tracking Software. I saw they had an annual billing discount, and that definitely swayed my decision. It felt like a good chunk of savings compared to paying monthly. The platform itself is quite capable; the Post-Purchase Referral Popups are working well for us. I did a 14-day trial first, which was super helpful to make sure it was the right fit before committing to the yearly payment. For the price I paid, I think it offers solid value and was a smart purchase for our budget.

Easy setup, good value

Got the Brand Community Builder. Setup was quick and easy. The Shopify Integration worked fine. It does what I needed it to do for our ambassadors. No major issues so far.

Our team opted for the Brand Ambassador Management Platform after a demo, and I must say it's been a significant upgrade. The ordering process for the annual plan was straightforward, and we received access details quickly. I especially appreciated the Content Rights Management feature; it's a big deal for us with user-generated content. We also used the Creator Discovery Tool which helped identify some new partners. Support walked us through integrating with Klaviyo, and they were patient and knowledgeable. The automated payouts system is a godsend, saving us hours each month. Overall, it really helped scale our referral program.
